The 450 acre Telford Town Park is the ideal destination for a relaxing family day out. There are safe play areas for youngsters of all ages, nature trails, sites of special scientific interest, sports pitches, a lakeside amphitheatre and several beautiful gardens. Information about the park can be found at the new state of the art Visitor Centre located by the children’s play areas.
The new centre’s café provides a takeaway service offering hot and cold drinks and snacks including freshly made sandwiches, cakes and children’s picnic boxes. The reception area has hot and cold vending units for when the café is closed. Public toilets including baby changing and disabled facilities are also available.
The park is open daily, free entrance.
